Tricia recently moved to San Antonio with her husband and 5-year old son from San Jose, California - and when she stepped into SAT Revolution, she knew she had found her "tribe." She previously taught cycling classes at a small barre/cycle studio in the Bay Area, and she is also a registered sports dietitian who works with endurance athletes to optimize their nutrition for peak performance. Tricia has been a cyclist, runner, and triathlete herself for over 15 years - with more than 50 races under her belt, including four Ironman triathlons - so she will push your limits each and every day. Her classes are a mix of inspiration and perspiration...heavy on the dancing, singing, and fun! Leave the rest of your life behind for a little while and come ride your way to STRONG!
