This is the Ultimate REV Workout. We combine 30 minutes of our signature Rev Ride and a 30 minute full-body strength training workout off of the bike. Take it bey Take it beyond the basics with this heart-pumping, sweat drenching, total body burn. This heart-pumping, sweat drenching, total body burn will leave you feeling accomplished and ready to take on anything!

This class takes our 50-minute signature cycling class and adds an 80 degree heat element that's designed to increase your body's ability to burn fat, boost metabolism, and increase cardiovascular strength. Our REV Sweat Sesh maintains the full-body and high-energy format of our traditional REV Ride, while providing an additional challenge to the mind and body that will leave you feeling an incredible endorphin-high. With a focus on full-body cardio and strength-training sequences, you’ll experience a mind and body transformation that goes one step further than traditional cycling classes!
